Refund policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold through the Cinematix Audio online store at cinematixaudio.com, operated by Cinematix Audio LLC. If we later offer paid plans for the Cinematix application, refund terms for those plans will be published before they go on sale.

SECTION 1 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE
Except for products clearly identified as pre-orders, our drum kits, sample packs, bundles, and other digital downloads are generally delivered immediately and cannot be returned. For that reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. Please review the product description, contents list, and any demos carefully before purchasing.

SECTION 2 - DEFECTIVE, INCOMPLETE, OR WRONG FILES
If something is wrong with your purchase — the files are corrupted, the download is incomplete, or you received the wrong product — contact us at clayhbeats@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase (or, for pre-orders, within 14 days of delivery) with your order number and a description of the problem. We will fix or replace the affected files. If we cannot cure the problem, we will refund the purchase to your original payment method.

SECTION 3 - PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order purchases may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the product is delivered. Once the product has been delivered, the rest of this policy applies, and the 14-day window in Section 2 runs from the date of delivery.

SECTION 4 - BILLING ERRORS
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — contact us at clayhbeats@gmail.com with your order details and we will investigate and correct any error.

SECTION 5 - HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our store's checkout provider. How long a refund takes to appear depends on your payment provider.

SECTION 6 - YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Where the consumer protection law of your jurisdiction grants you refund or remedy rights that cannot be waived, nothing in this policy limits those rights.
